Play Music on the Porch Day Fundraiser

I just discovered this yearly worldwide event- Play Music on the Porch Day.com
The concept is simple anyone, anywhere of any skill level, around the world STOPS and plays music on their porch or outside somewhere sometime between 10 am to 10 pm on August 29, 2020.

1254 east 23rd ave front porch.

Also a Fundraiser for RainCityHousing – a renowned Downtown Eastside NGO
Providing housing, supports dignity, effect changes.

Solo Blue Dirt Girl with Tony Lee on drums, some members of Hello (again) band, Eastside based musicians Bill Briscall and Calla P and Kele Fleming and her band.

COVID safe distancing in place for artists and audience. Bring a chair or blanket if you like.

Time for talking is over. Solutions for overdoses and drug addiction are well known and proven. Funding for our neighbours in the Downtown Eastside needs to happen now.
