Bled and Paid, written by Kathryn Sutherland, is about the ill conceived idea of pushing through when one could consider stopping and reaching out for care.
The song’s opening line was an accidental gift from my dear friend Deb Copeland.
This was a magical recording with Albert’s stand up bass, Jason’s drums, Kathryn’s acoustic guitar and vocals all recorded live off the floor. Amazing.
The COFA manly angel back ups were by Albert and Simon.
