Thanks to Albert Klassen I am now working on the wagons at Richmond Country Farms for many days in October.
All my years of volunteering with kids, singing and playing guitar, over the last 12 years have paid off.
I am now paid to sit, usually with Albert on his mandolin, with my guitar, an orange hoodie and my trusty cowboy hat singing away the day with songs like Oh Susanna, She’ll be comin round the mountain and Old MacDonald on a wooden wagon. Click here to listen to our alter ego Hoot n Annie sound.
Carrying families from the gate to the Patch and back again on the lovely wooden wagons. Lovely way to spend a day.
Thanks both to wonderful Rev,the musician head honcho and the fab owners of the Country Farms who both treat musicians with respect.
